Asier belongs to a family with plenty of experience in the business. He helped out at his father’s shop as a boy and has run a stall at the Market for 11 years now.

He has customers throughout the Spanish mainland, and even in France. They have developed an effective goods distribution system: They draw up a list of all their fresh produce and take orders by phone or WhatsApp between Thursday and Saturday each week. The goods are shipped out from Monday to Wednesday, to be unpacked in the customer’s kitchen within 24 hours.

As well as serving fresh produce all year round, they also sell preserved pulses, artichokes, asparagus, sweet peppers, Tudela white beans, Navarre rice, Tudela vegetable stew, traditionally pickled piparra chilli peppers, Tudela cardoons… And also artichoke beer, Murchante wines, Tudela honey, Arguedas organic oil…
